We offer FREE courier delivery for all orders above R950 - Yay!

Self Collect: 

For all our Gauteng orders - we are in your area! You can collect your order from our home studio in Olympus, Pretoria East - we will arrange a time/day that works for you. You can also make an arrangement to collect your order at The Fields Market (Sandton) every second Saturday of the month (please allow enough time for manufacture before collection).

Door to Door Courier:

We courier all over South Africa - delivery usually takes between 1 - 3 working days, depending on where you are in South Africa.

We have one fixed courier charge of R75 per order. This applies to all major city deliveries in South Africa. If your order is over R950, delivery is on us!

Once your order is collected by the courier, you will receive a tracking number so you can track your parcel. If you select this option please give us a daytime delivery address: the couriers will deliver between 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday. They unfortunately don't deliver to P.O BOX addresses or on weekends. So, please make sure there is someone to greet your new MIA baby at the door and welcome it with open arms.



If you are unhappy with your MIA purchase kindly let us know within seven days of receiving the order. Any return fees will be at the customers expense. If you are based in Gauteng you can meet us at one of our markets for the return. The item must be in its original condition in order to generate a refund. Once the item has been received and inspected the refund will be issued, this can take up to 7 working days to process.

Any alterations to jewellery pieces after your order has been received (such as sizing, different metal options, chain lengths etc) will incur manufacturing fees depending on the work required. It will be the customers expense to courier the item to and from the studio for the alterations.

Unfortunately we cannot accept any earring returns as they cannot be resold.

We put all our love into each and every piece that we create, and triple-check it before it leaves our studio for its forever home. If you receive your order and there is a manufacturing fault please let us know immediately and we will resolve the issue right away.

We offer a limited one-year warranty against manufacturing faults and defects. We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to manufacturing faults not everyday wear and tear. Our chains are delicate by nature and we cannot be held responsible for breakages. Broken chains can be replaced at an additional discounted cost.
